Imagine the thrill of watching North America’s largest birds of prey swooping untethered overhead while you enjoy the more down-to-earth charms of BC Winery Church & State.
That’s what the new Raptors at Church & State in Brentwood Bay delivers.
At the Raptors at Church & State, you’ll get close to some truly impressive birds of prey, including eagles, hawks, owls, falcons, and vultures as they demonstrate their natural flying and hunting abilities. Guests are invited to order a glass of wine which they may enjoy while our Raptors specialists explain the birds’ behaviour and their unique personalities.
The Raptors at Church & State is part of our commitment to finding solutions that are in tune with nature, and support the natural world around us. This program is the start of our environmental vineyard management program, using Raptors to patrol the vineyards for pest birds, in lieu of bird netting or propane cannons.
We feel the best way to demonstrate the need for conservation and protection is to see and experience it first hand.
The Raptors are now CLOSED for the season – Join us in the Spring for a new season.
Rates: Adults – $14 | Seniors – $12 | Students (12-16) – $10 | Children (3-11) – $7
